Tip of the day (bad weather)
It's wet and miserable outside. You've already been on the turbo 2 or 3 times this week. Why don't you try some cross training. Get down to the gym,your local swimming pool, circuit training sessions, five aside football or just go for a run round the park. Anything that is cardio vascular will do. At this time of year your should be working on your basic fitness thers plenty of time to ride the bike during the summer months.
When I used to race in Holland. The dutch cycling coaches wouldn't let their riders go out on their bikes in January. They just worked on basic fitness,training on the bike didn't start until February.
