If you're out on the bike and the heavens open, you get soaked. You throw your kit in the washing machine, don't forget to look after your shoes. They are usually made from leather and will shrink if left to dry. Stuff them with newspaper and change it every now and then. It will dry your shoes, they will keep their shape and it will stop them from shrinking.
