Tip of the day (pre event meal)

The most important meal before an event is the one you have the night before. This is when you should be loading your body up with carbohydrates ready for your efforts the next day. The traditional favourite of cyclists was always spaghetti bolognaise or pasts dishes. Today we have so much more choice, Chinese, Japanese and Thai noodle dishes are just as good.
