If your out training with one or more friends or club mates, you come to a hill, you find that your stronger than they are and you drop them. Instead of stopping at the top of the hill to wait for them. Do a U turn, ride back down the hill to where they are and pace them to the top.
Firstly you won't get cold and your muscles won't get stiff waiting for them. Two you'll be getting fitter because you'll have ridden up that bit of the climb twice, three your team mate will appreciate it and think your a decent sort
